<p>Autumn Rose (Miskweminanocsqua, Raspberry Star Woman) Williams is a strategic communicator, public speaker, and storyteller dedicated to helping audiences explore leadership, identity, resilience, and the power of authentic communication.</p><p>An enrolled citizen of the Shinnecock Nation and a proud Afro-Indigenous woman, Autumn Rose was born and raised on the Shinnecock Reservation in Southampton, New York. Her experiences navigating Tribal, academic, nonprofit, federal, and corporate spaces have shaped her unique perspective on leadership, cultural identity, and creating meaningful change across communities.</p><p>Autumn Rose is completing her Master of Arts in Strategic Communication at Arizona State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications with a minor in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University. Throughout her career, she has worked in communications roles for organizations including the Shinnecock Indian Nation, the Administration for Native Americans, Peconic Land Trust, ICT (formerly known as Indian Country Today) & IndiJ Public Media, and Thunderbird for Good at Arizona State University.</p><p>With more than 17 years of public speaking experience, Autumn Rose has spoken at universities, conferences, leadership programs, and community events across the United States.</p><p>As a former Miss Teen Shinnecock and Miss Native American USA 2017–2018, Autumn Rose has spent much of her life using her voice to educate, advocate, and inspire. Today, she continues that work by speaking on topics including leadership, storytelling, identity, professional communications, and personal growth.</p><p>Autumn Rose believes some of the most powerful moments of change happen when people feel seen, heard, and empowered to use their own voice. Through her speaking and communications work, she challenges audiences to think differently, lead authentically, and embrace the stories that shape who they are.</p>

This presentation invites audiences to consider their own stories, recognize the people who helped shape them, and explore how understanding where we come from can help us move forward with greater purpose, empathy, and connection.</li></ul>
