<p>Garth delivered an impressive keynote and workshop on the subject of 'managing safety and tolerating risk' with my team of 60. The delegates ranged from trackside teams to senior managers. His ability to speak our language was impressive, and my team commented on how Garth presented as very much being 'in the trenches' with us - sharing our challenges and being invested in steering us towards a solution. It was a refreshingly open session with lots of audience participation which generated great discussion and new ways of thinking across our wider team. </p>
