<p>A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Vanderbilt University, Jeff Havens began his career as a high school English teacher before following his father Rex Havens into the world of stand-up comedy, where he worked with some of the brightest lights in American comedy and honed the art of engaging audiences through laughter. <p>Cathy Lanier, the former chief of police for Washington, DC shares her inspiring life story – and how she overcame the odds to restore an embattled police department and community.</p><p>Despite her rocky start as a 15-year-old mother and ninth-grade dropout, Lanier advanced through the ranks to become the first female chief of the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Colombia (MPDC). She shares her insights on revamping the work culture in her department.

<p>Alicia believes that Black communities deserve what all communities deserve -- to be powerful in every aspect of their lives.</p><p>An author, political strategist, organizer, and cheeseburger enthusiast, Alicia founded the Black Futures Lab to make Black communities powerful in politics.

NPR Morning Edition host, Rachel Martin, has an extensive journalistic background. She served as the White House Correspondent for ABC News from 2008 through 2010 when she became National Security Correspondent for NPR. 

<p>Nyle DiMarco, winner of <em>Dancing with the Stars</em> and <em>America’s Next Top Model</em>, empowers audiences to believe they can do and be anything they want in life, no matter the obstacle.</p><p>He won the mirror ball trophy on ABC’s <em>Dancing with the Stars</em> (season 22) and was the last model standing on The CW’s <em>America’s Next Top Model</em> (cycle 22), now Nyle is winning over audiences as an influential leader and ambassador for the deaf community.

<p>Ibtihaj Muhammad is an entrepreneur, activist, speaker and Olympic medalist in fencing. A 2016 Olympic bronze medalist, 5-time Senior World medalist and World Champion, in 2016, Ibtihaj became the first American woman to compete in the Olympics in hijab. </p><p>Ibtihaj was a 3-time All American at Duke University where she graduated with a dual major in International Relations and African Studies.
